Before submitting, please review our guidelines to ensure your release meets editorial standards and, if selected, is ready for wider distribution through our network and syndicated distribution.

General Seven Reflections Guidelines

We accept press releases that are:

  • Legal, factual, and professional.
  • Clearly news-oriented (announcements, launches, events, appointments, reports, awards, milestones).
  • At least 400 words (500+ recommended).
  • Written in third person (except in quotes).

We do not publish:

  • Content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates privacy.
  • Inappropriate or offensive material.
  • Spam, purely promotional "ads," or content designed only for SEO.
  • Adult, gambling, or other restricted industries.

Tone & Style:

  • Clear headline.
  • No emojis or gimmicks.
  • No excessive capitalization or hype.
  • Factual, verifiable information.

Syndicated Distribution Rules

If you choose Syndicated distribution through Seven Reflections, your release must also meet editorial standards:

Quality Standards

  • Must have a clear, timely, newsworthy angle.
  • No hype, exaggerated claims, or direct sales pitches.
  • Free of libel, threats, or personal attacks.
  • Opinions must be attributed and clearly identified as such.
  • Include valid contact information (name, email, phone).
  • Press release length: 300-800 words.
  • Must follow standard grammar, spelling, and formatting.

Excluded Topics

EIN does not accept content related to:

  • Cryptocurrency, NFTs, or unregulated financial products.
  • Tobacco, vaping, gambling, firearms, or adult content.
  • Weight-loss products, supplements, or sexual enhancement products.
  • Payday loans, "get rich quick" or work-from-home schemes.
  • Stock picks, forex trading platforms, or cloud mining.
  • Academic writing services.
  • Black-hat SEO tactics, link spam, or fake social media growth.

Legal & Political Content

  • Legal releases: must include a case number and come directly from a law firm or authorized agent. Cannot be speculative or accusatory.
  • Political releases: must represent a campaign or organization, with verifiable contact details. Cannot be defamatory or purely negative.

Important Notes

  • Seven Reflections may edit submissions for clarity, compliance, and style.
  • If your release does not meet Syndicated standards, we can still publish it on Seven Reflections (unless it violates our core policies).
  • We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not comply with their Editorial Guidelines.
